Creative Clips Clipart - FAQ

Can I use Creative Clips clipart (free or purchased clipart) for commercial use?

Yes! Creative Clips Clipart can be used in commercial educational resources, such as products sold on Teachers Pay Teachers, teacher marketplaces, or your own website. Clipart freebies follow the same Terms of Use as paid clipart. Your final product must be educational in nature, and the clipart must be secured (flattened) so it cannot be extracted or reused.

Yes! You may use Creative Clips clipart in both free and paid educational resources. All Terms of Use still apply, including securing the images and providing proper credit.

Yes, you may use the clipart in your personal blog design and blog posts as long as it is combined with text or other design elements. You may not sell blog templates or design services using Creative Clips clipart. You may not post the clipart as standalone images.

Yes! You can use Creative Clips clipart in your TpT store branding, banners, product covers, and social media graphics as long as the clipart is incorporated into a design (not posted as standalone images).
Credit is appreciated in these spaces when possible but is not required in every instance.

No. Coloring pages are not permitted of any kind—even as part of a larger resource. Clipart cannot be used as isolated line art for coloring activities, crafts, or printable graphics.

Yes! You may use clipart in digital resources as long as the images are flattened and secured so they cannot be copied, dragged, or extracted. If you would like to include moveable pieces (drag-and-drop activities), you will need to purchase the Extended License for Moveable Images.

Not under the Standard License. You can purchase a separate Amazon KDP license to print workbooks on-demand. This is a one-time purchase that allows you to use all my clipart (paid and free) in unlimited Amazon KDP publications. Amazon KDP is currently the only print-on-demand publishing platform I allow.
Please review the Amazon KDP License for full details before creating these types of products.

Yes—with limitations. Clipart can be used in educational décor such as alphabet charts, reference posters, or learning displays that include meaningful content. Clipart may not be used to create purely decorative items like bulletin board kits, borders, banners, or editable décor.

You are required to give credit in all products (free and paid). Please include:

Creative Clips Mockup Photography - FAQ

Can Creative Clips Mock Up Photography be used in my TpT product covers and social media marketing?

Yes! Mockup photography can be used in product covers, previews, and marketing materials. Just like clipart, it should be used as part of a larger design and not redistributed or shared as standalone files.

Yes! You may crop or resize the images to fit your marketing needs. My mockups are high resolution and will remain crisp, even when you crop them! You may not alter the color/quality of the images.

Due to the nature of most marketing images, I do not require you to give credit. I understand that mockups play a supporting role and it’s not always easy to give credit when marketing your materials. If you use mockups in your product TpT cover/previews, please give credit within the product download as usual.

Creative Clips Printables/Coloring Pages - FAQ

Can I share Creative Clips printables or coloring pages with others?

No. Printables/coloring pages are for single-classroom use only. They may not be shared, distributed, or uploaded to shared drives, folders, or resource libraries—even for free. Each user must purchase or download their own license. You MAY print/copy them for your own students.

Please contact me with information about your specific use. I’m happy to work out an additional license, if needed. For religious or charity purposes, I try to be accommodating!

No. Unlike my clipart, Creative Clips printables/coloring pages have a different standard license limited to non-commercial use. Printables are for single-user/classroom use only and cannot be used in your products or freebies.

I’m always happy to help! If you’re unsure about a specific use, feel free to reach out before creating your product. Email: krista@creativeclipsclipart.com
